One-off, no obligation 90-minute session.
Bespoke programmes can also be planned around you individual needs if the programmes outlined above are not suitable.

Paying out for a hypnotherapy programme all in one go might be difficult at the moment, so I can offer you the option of paying for your therapy programme in instalments.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
Individual sessions are £90. They can be added to any of the programmes or an individual package can be planned to meet your specific needs, if the programmes outlined above are not suitable.
CANCELLATION
All hypnotherapy sessions must be paid for in advance.
When you book a session or block of sessions, the time and space is reserved especially for you. Therefore, if you change your mind and wish to cancel your booking before your therapy starts, I kindly request that you give me 48 hours’ notice. In this case, you will receive a full refund (minus £10 admin fee). However, if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, I cannot offer a refund.
If you decide that you wish to cancel your therapy after attending the first session, you will receive a full refund minus a £10 admin fee.
REIMBURSEMENT FROM YOUR HEALTH CASH PLAN
I am CNHC and GHR registered which means that you may be able to claim reimbursement of your therapy fees through your private health cash plan. Medicash, Westfield Health, Health Shield, Paycare, Elect and The Health Insurance Group will all reimburse for hypnotherapy with a CNHC and GHR registered hypnotherapist.
