This programme focuses on helping you to lose weight and gain a happier, healthier mindset. By understanding your eating habits, your relationship with food and the associated feelings and beliefs, you can make changes to your weight and your mindset to achieve more balance in your life and to become the person you want to be.

If you're new to hypnotherapy and want to find out more , why not book a taster session. Each session is approximately 90 minutes. You'll find out how hypnotherapy works, you'll be able ask questions and you'll also be able to experience a lovely, gentle and relaxing hypnosis session (very like a guided meditation).
